Town Chapter Eight The Witch
The Plan
When Melinda walked into school, once the Christmas holidays were over, she noticed all of the other students looked at her in alarm. They did all that they could to avoid her and they said nothing in her presence. Some ran away from her the moment that they saw her. Others screamed the moment that they set eyes upon her. Yet there was a group of boys that would quickly walk away as fast as they could so that it did not look as if they were trying to get away from her.
Melinda would have been more hurt by this. That is the old Melinda would have. The version of Melinda that would have cared about this and did not have the determination to fight back against this town. The one that did not have the power, plan or will to get out of this frightful place. Which was why this Melinda was not bothered by this at all. After all, she was not going to stay too long in this town and everyone else in this town would be able to leave too.
Then she made her way to the classroom with Matilda beside her. She took a glance at her. She wondered if she was alright. She would have asked, if she didn't know any better. No. She wanted both of them to get through the day without any disruptions. The less delays the better. So both girls decided to keep to themselves as the day wore on. None of them did anything that led to anything big. Which was made easier by the rest of the students as they were locked in their state of fear.
“Do you think they will ever stop looking at us like that?”
“No. But I don’t think it will matter.”
She nodded as she looked aside.
“But if we go, wouldn’t Danté get upset?”
“Probably but I think we both know that this is for the best.”
“But he does love her!”
“I know, but because he loves her he will do it.”
She nodded as she looked down feeling pained.
So both Matilda and Melinda went through the motions of being a model student, even though all that Melinda could think about was what they were going to do tonight. She had declared that she was going to take down the witch Wendy Wonderlust and she meant it. She has had it with this town and she wanted to leave it, before it was too late and it took something precious away from her that she would not be able to get back. She could tell that everyone else in this town was in the same mindset.
Then the day finally came to an end.
“You ready?” Melinda asked.
“Yeah.”
“Good ‘cause I can’t wait to get out of here and show you America. Oh, you’re gonna love it there!”
“You got bullied there, didn’t you?”
“Yeah, but at least I didn’t have to worry about anything more. So it’s better.”
“If you say so!”
They soon walked home as fast as they could. Not wanting to get any interruptions. They soon met Jaden, Danté and Doctor Stephiene.
“Time to plan.” She said as she walked into her room.
She soon changed into a red shirt with a yellow hoodie. With a fiery at the lower half to the upper waist and the cuffs of her sleeves. She put on a pair of black combat trousers and steel toe cap shoes.
She then walked back to the door. She looked down to see the Alice doll was sitting in the doorway. She picked it up and laid it down on the bed. Part of her wondered what she was doing there. Yet another part wondered if it was important. This part concluded that it did not. No, she had a more important thing to do. Something that the entire town will benefit from.
“They will be free.” She said to her then she walked out of the room.
Melinda nodded. She soon arrived at the front room.
“Alright, I’m ready.”
They looked at her and nodded.
“First, what is the most important thing that we need to destroy first?”
“It would be Wendy’s Book Of Names. As long as it exists, she will have power over all that live in this town.” Danté told her.
“Yes. My cousins and all that worked in the hospital were all forced to give her a copy of all of the birth certificates. Then she would make sure that all that came here would meet her first.”
That was when Melinda remembered the day that she came to this messed up town.
A Stephen King novel, indeed. Thinking about it, I think I was way too young to read those books.
“Right so the first thing that we do is burn that book.”
“Well, I will go in front. That way-”
“No Sally. I will be in the front. That way I can test for any traps.”
“And why is that vampire?”
“I heal faster than you humans. So my physical body is far more expendable than yours.”
“Right.”
“Then I think that you should go with Jaden and take a sedative. After all, it would be best to knock the witch out, then we can destroy the book. Once we have destroyed that, then she will have nothing shielding her from fighting us directly.”
“But-”
“Jay, I have pyrokinesis thanks to her cousins. Now, once we have defeated the witch. Jay, Mat, do you want to go to America?”
They both looked at her with their eyes widened.
“Yes! I love that idea. In fact, I would love to move there. I would love to visit Mom and Dad’s grave. Also I think that it would be best if we get away from this town before anything truly bad happens to us. Have you two girls get into a normal school and have a normal life after all of this.”
Danté looked away, looking slightly hurt.
“But will you visit every now and again?”
“I don’t know. If we’re needed here, maybe. But I just want to get my mind straight.”
He nodded as he bit his lip.
“But you can come with us, if you want.”
“Nah. That wouldn’t work out.”
Jaden pulled out a piece of paper. She wrote down a number.
“Here, call me.”
He looked down and smiled sorrowfully.
“I will.”
“Mat. Are you alright?”
“Yeah.”
“But isn’t she-”
“I know but she’s evil and to her I’m no exception. After all, my name is also in her book.”
“What do you mean?”
She looked down with a pained look in her eyes.
“She doesn’t value me as a daughter. She never has done. No… I’m just another resident of this town to her.” She said as she gripped her arm
“I know. But, even though I denied it at first, I could tell, even back then, it was never about taking revenge for all that had happened to me, but an excuse to hurt someone else and the fact that it was a rival witch just made it all the more sweeter to her. I guess the only one that showed any care for me was my stepdad. Yet even that was ice cold. Not even my real dad loved me. No, I was just the payment for the lessons that he gave her.”
Melinda wrapped her arm around her.
“Will you be alright?”
“Yeah. Jaden’s more of a mum anyway.”
“Anyway! We’re not getting younger anytime soon. So I think we need to get on with putting the plan into action. After all, the sooner the better. We don’t want Wendy to catch wind of our plan.”
“Good point. Now, let’s get a move on!”
Soon the adults made the sedative and put all they needed in their pockets. Then they left for the witch’s house.
The Witch’s House
They soon arrived at the house. It was beautiful and quaint. It looked like it was made in the Tudor area with a winding stone pathway connecting the gate to the door like a snake. The gate was silver with bars sculpted into thorny vines of roses with rose heads at the top. With the border of the house made up of a rosebush going in a hexagon with an arch going over the single file gate. Its scarlet and crimson heads scattered like stars around the bush with black leaves. Which was particular in the second part of winter.
The front garden was filled with apple and orange trees with poppies covering the ground like a red carpet over lush bright emerald grass. She could see that the vines covered all three floors that were very thick and almost covered the thatched roof like veins. With flowers all over like the different coloured stars or precious gemstones
“What a beautiful house!” Jaden and Doctor Stephanie said.
“Yeah…” Melinda almost breathed.
Matilda raised her eyebrows as she frowned. Her face became pale as she started to tense up.
“Well it’s just as beautiful inside, just way more creepy.”
“Do you think that those plants are dangerous?”
Matilda narrowed as she pressed her forearm.
“No. She’s a bit of a tree hugger in that regard.” She admitted as tears started to appear in her eyes.
“So, an eco warrior then?”
“Yes. Too bad that she doesn’t care for humans in the same way.”
“No! We’re nothing but a number to control and a name in her books.”
Melinda punched her palm.
“Well there’s no time like the present!”
They nodded as Danté opened the gate. They all walked up the pathway and approached the door. He tried to open it but the door stayed where it was! He crouched and looked at the keyhole as Doctor Stephiene did the same.
“What is it?” Matilda asked.
“The keyhole, it can’t be picked!” She exclaimed as she straightened out her legs.
The others took their turns looking at it to see that it was true.
“So the only way in is by force?”
“Seems so.”
Melinda looked at the door then knew what to do. She set the door on fire. Only to see that the door was completely unaffected. She put out the fire and the door opened on its own.
“Looks like we’re expected.”
Danté walked in closely followed by the rest. Then Melinda looked down to her right. She noticed the envelope on the doorstep with browning pages and the wax seal with a knife on and in the centre.
Dear Melinda Narcissa
“Looks like she’s expecting you!”
Melinda pulled the knife out and took the envelope. She turned it over and was greeted by green wax with a double W in the centre. She broke and pulled out the paper inside.
Melinda Narcissa
I have been expecting you to come here and visit me since
Mohan’s untimely death. Yes, I knew that if you beat him
then you would come here eventually. Honestly, the twins,
the doctor and the nurse, the vampires, the clown and the
asylum may have given me a great deal of borrowed time,
however, I know, that it has finally run out.
The Book Of Names is yours, that is, if you can find it.
Enjoy all the fun that I have left you. I am quite looking
forward to seeing it.
Wendy Wonderlust
“What is it?”
“She’s laid down some traps for us. So keep your eyes open.”
Matilda looked away with tensed eyes.
“Then don’t expect this to be easy.”
“Right.”
She looked up and saw the bone hand and spotted that it was pointing up the stairs.
Not going that way.
They all looked in all of the rooms downstairs and searched in each and everyone of them. None of them has the book. Regardless of how many times they searched and how thoroughly. They looked under every tiny stone and every nook and cranny. Yet there was nothing.
Looks like I’m going to have to climb those stairs after all.
She let out a quick huff. They all walked to the stairs. Then Danté walked up first and they all followed. They walked up and up and up. They climbed and climbed. Yet as they rose higher and higher and higher, they quickly noticed that they should have passed the door of the first floor by now. They looked back to see that they could no longer see the floor behind them.
“What’s going on?” Doctor Stephiene asked.
“We’re trapped on the stairs. So there must be a trick to get to the first floor. After all, all spells of this nature do.”
“Right.”
“You seem to know a lot about this stuff.”
Danté was about to respond when he looked at the letter.
“Mel the note.”
Neither walk,
Nor run.
“What does that mean?”
“We have to travel up the stairs at the right speed.”
“Then whatever we do, we can’t walk or run.”
“What does she expect? Should we crawl?”
“What about jogging?”
“Then we will jog first then crawl later.”
They jogged up and soon arrived at the first floor.
She looked down at the letter.
How do you get to Neverland?
“It’s the second door to the right.”
The Book Of Names
They soon arrived at the door, which was plane, and they walked in.
“So how are we going to find it?” Jaden asked as she looked at her.
“I don’t know.” Said Doctor Stephiene as she looked aroud at the books. “It’s not like she would leave it out here in the open.”
Melinda looked at the centre of the room. There, on a black desk, was a big and thick book. The size and width of three bricks. It had a red flaking leather cover with a large gold plaque screwed into the upper centre of the front. Then she saw that then noticed that the edge of the pages had tiny flakes of gold like stars. On the plaque was writing.
THE BOOK OF NAMES
Melinda raised her eyebrow as she could not help but laugh. Matilda frowned and looked at it and also laughed. Soon Danté and Doctor Stephiene joined in. Jaden looked down and frowned. Her eyes moved to the red of them with a stern look.
“What? You don’t seriously think that that’s the real Book Of Names do you?”
Melinda walked up to it and opened it. She saw rows up on rows and columns and columns of names. All of them were written in blood. Yet as she counted each name, she noticed that there were one hundred names on each page. She immediately looked at how many pages there must have been. She flicked through the early pages and noticed that there were names crossed out. This wiped the smile off her face.
“What is it?”
“There must be hundreds of thousands of names written in this. They’re all written in blood!”
“What?”
They all rushed to it. Danté sniffed it and his eyes widened.
“The names are written on the blood of those that they belong to.”
That was when all the colour of the people of the room left them like it was banished. Their hearts beat faster, pumping blood that had run cold through their veins.
“What?”
“How?”
“Are you sure?”
“Yes. Believe me, I know all of those scents and especially now they’re all completely distinct.”
Melinda looked at it with anger.
“But when?”
“She has the whole town including hospital in her pocket. When wouldn’t she have the chance?”
“Oh.”
“Then we need to get out of here as soon as we can and burn this book.”
“Wait, how did you know that that destroys magic?”
“I don’t. I just want this blasted thing to be burnt. So that I would never have to look or think about this thing ever again.”
“Oh.”
Quickly Melinda snatched the book and they ran down the stairs. They ran and ran down step after step. Yet they could not reach the bottom. So they ran and ran until their thighs hurt. Yet they still pushed on and on. They raced and raced until their legs started to ache.
“Oh, why can’t we get back to the bottom?”
“Oh! I forgot! We’re supposed to be jogging, not running. Mother really likes doing this. Once I was almost late for school back when I went to primary.” Matilda remembered.
They nodded as they started to jog. They soon were able to get to the bottom. They ran down to the door. Then they whipped the door open and it closed behind them.
Yet they looked down to see that their path was blocked by spiders! They were everywhere on the stone pathway. There was not an inch of room showing the stone beneath. Yet on top of the spiders were centipedes, millipedes and ants. In the sky in front of them were bees, flies, wasps and hornets! At this Matilda covered her mouth to stop her from screaming.
“What in the hell!?”
“How?”
“I don’t know, magic! But we need to get rid of them!”
Melinda then threw a fireball at the bugs and the spiders on the ground. She then looked at the bees, wasps and hornets in the air. She raised the heat in all of their bodies. The next moment they burst into flames. She then saw more coming. She then focused upon them.
Then her eyes dropped now to the bugs below. She focused upon the spiders beneath. She raised the heart in their bodies again and again. Soon they combusted into a river of fire.
Quickly she threw the book in the flames as her attention returned to the air as more and more bees, wasps and hornets came. She set them on fire. She looked down as parted the fire, knowing that she had to get them out of there.
“Go on!” She called. “I’ll deal with them.”
They nodded as they ran on and the moment that she saw the wasps and hornets she set them alight. Then she saw more and more come. She made sure that she set them alight before they could get anywhere near them. Then they ran on to see that their way was blocked. She set them alight and patted the flames. They then ran on. She saw another and she repeated the action. They ran on and out of the gate.
Good.
She was about to run too when she saw some gathered in front of her. She set them alight and ran on. That was when she felt a series of painful stings coming from her back. She looked back and set them all on fire. Then she ran on, pushing past the pain. She saw a wall block her. She soon set them alight and she looked back to see a swarm racing to her. She set them alight and she ran on and finally reached the gate.
She looked back for a moment to see that the bugs and spiders were all completely alight. Her eyes dropped to the Book Of Names as it turned to ash. Suddenly she felt something in her snap like a rope of elastic that had been around her since she came to this town had been stabbed. She smiled, relieved as she turned to leave. She then walked in.
She looked up and her eyes widened with shock, horror and confusion. She found herself looking at the hallway of Wendy Wonderlust's house! She quickly looked left to right to realise slightly dreadfully that she was completely alone.
Knew that was too easy!
The Lace Of The Witch
Melinda turned around and walked through the door. She stepped out onto the front door’s carpet. She was in the hallway again. She shook her head and turned around and walked out only to be back in the hallway. She did this again and again. Then she started to jog out. Only to be back in the hallway again. She tried to run but this didn’t work.
What the hell is going on? Why am I still here? How come I can’t get out?
She looked down at the letter again for any kind of answer.
Good fortune be with you
in getting out of my little
house, Melinda Narcissa!
She felt her heart sink just a notch.
Thought so.
She walked to the opposite end of the house and saw a door in the kitchen that led to the back garden. She ran to it and opened it. She ran through it and was soon looking at the door to the kitchen! She walked in and came out to the kitchen. She did this again and again until she knew that she could not get out of the house that way.
Clearly not that way.
She let out a frustrated huff.
She ran out and into the living room and opened the window. She climbed through it. She dropped and then landed on the leather sofa. She rolled off it and onto the wooden floor which was in front of the window. She went through it again and again and again but it was useless.
She looked up and looked at a painting by the door. It was of the man that she saw before her parents death. He had blond hair which looked almost white. He had crimson eyes like her. In fact she noticed that she looked almost like Matilda and her, yet she was far too frustrated to pay any attention to that.
Come on!
She then tried this with all of the windows of the downstairs to no avail. She ran to the stairs. She jogged up to the first floor. She ran to the nearest room. She opened the window in that room. She then jumped out. She then fell and, for a moment, felt hope before the ground vanished beneath her. Soon she saw the floor of the room that she jumped out, and collapsed as she landed. She rolled to the side as she got to her feet.
She has to take a moment to calm down. She tried all of the windows to the same effect. She then jogged down the stairs. She ran to the nearest room that had no room next to that one.
No!
She spotted a table in the room. She picked it up and threw it at the wall. She picked it up and threw it again and again and again. Yet she did not make a dent in the wall. By this time the table had been destroyed.
She then looked around the room to see a fireplace. She scrambled up and pushed herself up. She climbed and climbed and climbed, yet she was still not getting anywhere. She looked up and spotted a small square of night at the top ahead of her. She kept her eyes up as she climbed on and on and on and regardless of how long it fast she climbed the square stayed the same size. She looked down to see that there was a pile of ash beneath her. She climbed back down and got out.
Not that way.
She then looked back at the wall. She looked all around and spotted a hammer. She picked it up and hit the wall. She hit it again and again. Soon she was able to chip a brick. She smiled as she hit the wall again and again and again. She was able to smash chip after chip after chip, causing crack after crash. She soon felt her arms starting to ache, yet she continued hammering at the wall. Then she felt hope rise as she saw a hole. Then she felt energy rise within her as she hammered and hammered. The hole became bigger and bigger and bigger. Soon the hole was big enough for her to fit through.
She quickly dived in, only to land in the rubble and rolled onto the wooden floor boards. She then looked up to see that the wall and table had been restored like she had never destroyed them.
I’m never getting out of here!
No! Check the letter, maybe she left something.
She looked down at it. She noticed that the writing had changed again.
I can see that you now know that
you can not leave here unless I want
it.
If you wish to leave come to the top
floor to the room that is the farthest
away from the stairs.
Looks like that is where I have to get to next.
The Witch
Melinda jogged up to the highest floor and soon set foot upon its floorboards. She walked down the hallway and looked left and right. She looked out of the nearest window and noticed that the sky was completely black. The next thing she noticed was that the clouds had completely covered the moon and stars. She could tell by the fatigue that she was experiencing that it was an hour past midnight.
I’m gonna fall asleep during class again tomorrow… Nah! Should be packing to get outta here by then!
She then was able to judge that the right side was longer than the left. She, feeling dread sinking in, walked down to the second door to the right. She, pushing through her dread, then opened it. She could tell that whatever Wendy had in mind, was not good for her. Yet she knew that she had to face it. She would get nowhere if she avoided addressing or meeting her fear.
“You took your sweet time!” She sang.
The moment that she saw her, Melinda ran to her and went to punch her in the face. Not even wanting to give the witch any time to think. Yet suddenly she felt something around her wrist. She looked down to see purple vines that wrapped itself around her wrists like a rope made of thick wire. She pulled and pulled but that did nothing.
What the hell? Where did that come from? What even is this plant? Super-plant?
Her eyes flicked to the side to see that they came from the pattern from the wallpaper! She moved it back for a moment. Her eyes widened.
Did I just see that?
She looked back to see that her eyes were not playing tricks on her and the vines really were coming out of the walls!
What the hell is this place?
She laughed.
“You didn’t think it would be that easy, did you?”
She let out anoncilant sigh as she looked back at her.
“Not really. Thought it would be harder than this. Honestly, I was getting bored.”
Then the witch’s eyes lit up with malice.
“Now, this is interesting!”
She chuckled.
“Really? Then tell me, do you want this to become more interesting?”
“Sure I’m game!”
That was when she placed a hand on her cheek. Suddenly she felt lightning run throughout her body. It took all that she had not to scream out in pain. Yet she felt more and more and more pain which made it worse. She did not scream out in pain. All she did was focus on keeping her mouth shut and look at the witch Wendy Wonderlust in the eyes with nothing but determination. She was not going to give her the scream that she wanted. Then it became worse and worse but she still remained quiet. Then it ended and she hung panting.
Then she took her hand away with an excited smile.
“You’re strong. That's good! It’s going to be a long time until I make you scream.” She sang before clicking her fingers.
She looked up directly into her eyes and gave an excited smile on her face.
“Go on! Let me show you just how strong I am!”
Her eyebrow twitched as she shrugged.
“As you say!”
Then thorns shot out of the vines. She felt a grunt out of her lips. She clenched her jaw as she hated the fact that she had done this. Then it suddenly felt like acid was in her vanes, burning them as it travelled with her blood. Yet even this did not cause her to cry out. Not even when it reached her heart and lungs. Soon both felt like they were on fire. She coughed and coughed. Yet she did not dare to cry out.
Stay strong, stay strong, stay strong, stay strong, stay strong!
Then she felt the witch cup her cheek again and she felt the lightning run throughout her body. She soon felt like she was in the middle of lava being struck by lightning over and over again. She had to bite her lip to stop herself from crying out in pain. It became so bad that she started to feel blood dripping from her chin.
When she pulled away she felt the intense heat fade. She fell down panting. Then she looked down as she felt something warm and sticky covering her hands and arms. She looked down upon them to see that they were covered in blood and puss. Then she felt itching under her arms and the back of her hands. She looked back at them to see woodlice the size of her thumb covering them!
What! How?
She let out a scream as she felt them bury themselves into her muscles and ate away her flesh. She screamed and screamed and screamed.
She closed her eyes as suddenly all feeling left her arms. When she opened her eyes. Her arms and hands were completely fine! She looked down realising what she had just done. She felt sorrow and anger rise throughout her body.
Then Wendy let out a deep and malicious laugh.
She felt her hand on her back. She could feel her breath on the back of her ear as her grip strengthened.
“Took my little Matilda less than that before I heard her sweet little screams.”
Melinda's eyes widened. She looked at the witch with nothing but anger and horror. She felt what she had just confessed to her sink in.
“But she-”
“I know. But honestly, she was nothing more than a byproduct of my business with her father. You know you and them look quite alike. If I didn’t know any better, I would have thought you three were related!”
“How many times did you make her scream like this?” She could barely whisper, her voice coated with disgust.
She let out a sigh.
“Many, many times. In fact, I think that I lost count how many times I drank that girl’s tears.”
She felt like she had been slapped in the face.
“What!”
“Yes! I loved tasting those tears. Yet I can’t wait to taste your tears. Tell me, do you know what I did to stop her from ending herself and ending her misery?”
She let out a huff.
“No. But I think you’re gonna tell me anyway.”
“Smart girl! If only my little Matilda was as smart as you! Well I always told her, I love you really. I am the only one who loves you. I am the only one who can love you. You’re doing a good thing for mummy. After all, mummy needs those tears!”
She burst out laughing. She put an arm around her.
“Wonder if I should make her come back? Maybe I should make you break her precious little heart. Make her believe that you and that older sister of your’s never loved her. Or I could not do that. No, that’s not as fun now as I think about it. No, I could use you to get her back. Then make her stay and you too! Yes! You two could make a feast of your tears! Yes! Or make you two fight to the death? Yes! That’ll be fun! But then I will lose my access to the Magician’s power that you have. No, how about I use you to get all that I need! Yes I could use you to have this whole town dancing in the palm of my hands! And if you refuse, I will make my little Matilda scream and cry until she wept. Oh just the bitter irony!”
Hearing this lit an inferno of rage within her.
“No you won’t!”
Her eyes dropped to the girl that had a lethal rage within her eyes.
“What was that, pet?”
“You will never ever hurt her ever again!” She said in a dangerous tone.
“Oh? And why is that?”
Melinda looked up and looked at her in her eyes. Her eyes were like that of a wolf that was about to attack her to guard her pack. She could feel the girl’s bloodlust and an atmosphere was like that of a lion defending her pride. Yet there was a chilling ice in her burning eyes.
Wendy could feel the temp right becoming hotter. Then it became hotter and hotter. Wendy started to feel flustered and she started to sweat. She breathed in and out deeply. She noticed that it was still getting hotter and hotter. Then she felt like she was standing in the middle of a fire. Then she felt a painful tingle inside her. Then it spread throughout her body and covered her skin. She looked down to see that her body was covered in flames.
She soon screamed and screamed as she was eaten away by the flames. Soon she fell as she turned to ash. She looked back at the pile.
“Dorothy… Ding dong the witch is dead.” She panted as she staggered to her feet.
She staggered out of the room as she set it alight. Then she almost fell down the stairs. She rolled up as she landed on the ground floor. Then she forced the fire to spread quickly. She then crawled out of the house and staggered up. The moment that she saw Matilda she was able to get to her tired feet. She walked up to her and hugged her.
“It’s alright, you’re gonna be alright.”
Then the rest wrapped their arms around the two.
The Breaking Of The
Doll’s Curse
Alice Charlotte, who had been a doll for three whole years, was the first to feel Wendy Wonderlust’s death. She could feel it in her pot and cotton body. She looked at Melinda Narcissa’s blue room with her glass eyes. She heard her conversations over the past couple of months intently. When she found out that she had played Mohan, the Magician’s game and won, she knew that the girl was special. Yet, despite the formation of Alice, Alex and Malice proving it, she had never imagined this! She heard her declare that she had decided to go after Wendy Wonderlust and this piqued her interest. Still, she never thought that she would actually kill her!
Then she felt excitement as she knew that her curse would break soon. Then she felt her body warmed up. She would have smiled if her face was not made of clay. Yet she knew that it would be flesh soon. She felt her body tingle as it became hotter and hotter.
Then her body became hotter and hotter and bigger and bigger. She became brighter and brighter. She felt her heartbeat for the first time in three years. She took the first breath that she had in three years. She felt blood flowing through her veins as her body became flesh. She finally was able to smile as her eyes became flesh and water. She blinked, putting moisture in them and clearing her sight.
She slid off the shelf and landed on the ground. Still she grew bigger and bigger and bigger. She was soon restored to her true size and true form. She looked down and opened and closed her hands. She straightened her dress and she smiled. It was a smile, drunk with malice.
Whatcha out Straliarb, Alice Charlotte is back!
She then walked to the desk and picked up a pen and took out a piece of paper and wrote something down. She changed to a satisfied smile as she left the room and down the stairs then out of the door. She spent an hour to prepare for the final battle of the town, as the town.
